39、厂建设方案4.1 综合部分4.1.1 主要设计原则 工艺应突出新技术、新工艺及保证质量的措施。 工艺方案要体现经济合理性，与纲领相适应并参照柳工结构件厂设计方案。下料车间按20t起重机考虑厂房结构；焊装和机加、总装间的起重机按10t考虑厂房结构。 建筑物采用轻钢结构，外墙及屋面均采用双面彩板，中间为岩棉，采用塑钢条形窗，屋面设采光带，厂房大门采用保温提升门。 厂房换气采用电风扇，局部办公室采用分体式空调机。 空压站新建。 从中心配、变电所引向各车间配电，车间设干式变压器，采用封闭式插接母线。 新建175亩试车跑道。4.1.2 生产纲领通过对起重机以及附近公司工程机械产品的配套，将形成年产180
