4、于电子制造与金属和机械行业的收缩。然而，汽车工业的工业机器人销量却增长了6%，化学、橡胶和塑料行业以及食品工业定单量都有所上升。在2008年至2012年期间，全球机器人销量年平均增长率为9%。2012年，大约70%的工业机器人主要被销往五个国家：日本、中国、美国、韩国和德国。 与国外相比，我国机器人产业起步较晚。20世纪90年代末，我国建立了9个机器人产业化基地和7个科研基地。产业化基地的建设给产业化带来了希望，为发展我国机器人产业奠定了基础。目前，我国已经能够生产具有国际先进水平的平面关节型装配机器人、直角坐标机器人、弧焊机器人、点焊机器人、搬运码垛机器人等一系列产品，不少品种已经实现了小批

5、量生产。目前，汽车行业是机器人订单最大的行业，食品行业对工业机器人的应用已经成熟，电子行业则是工业机器人应用较快的行业。 我国在服务机器人领域的研发与日本、美国等国家相比起步较晚，但在国家863计划的支持下，我国在服务机器人研究和产品研发方面已开展了大量工作并取得一定的成果。目前，我国服务机器人产业发展较好的地区主要集中在北京、上海、深圳、浙江、沈阳、哈尔滨、广州、江苏、西安等地。 2013年4月，由中国机械工业联合会牵头成立的“中国机器人产业联盟”在北京成立。该联盟旨在促进我国工业机器人行业发展，指导国内企业进步，推动行业前行。2013年底，工信部出台的关于推进工业机器人产业发展的指导意见明
