1、Section 3 Strategic planning processCONFIDENTIALNOTES ON SYNDICATE WORK1. A number of break-out group / syndicate meetings are envisaged during the workshop.2. Usually there will be 3 syndicates. There need to be 3 rooms or areas of the workshop room where each syndicate can work (i.e. discuss the i
2、ssues). The Consultants are responsible for identifying these rooms/areas beforehand and agreeing this with the enterprise. 3. The participants need to be assigned to one of the groups. The groups should have a wide variety of members (in other words do not put all the marketers in one group, all th
3、e accountants in another group etc.).4. Slide 7 of the workshop contains the names of the syndicate members. Please complete this.5. At each meeting of the syndicate a spokesman should be appointed to report back to the plenary session on the findings/opinion etc. of the syndicate. There should be a
4、 different spokesman for each session. 6.
