3、及给人们的工作和生活带来很大便利。而由此，也使得科学技术在人们日常生活中的作用变得愈加重要。以科学技术为主要支撑的高技术企业的快速成长对于促进国家及地区的产业结构优化和经济社会的良性发展具有不可忽视的作用，并已逐渐成为促进地区经济快速发展和提升国家竞争力的重要部分。科学地判断和评价高技术企业的成长能力，对于全面促进高技术企业发展、推动产业结构优化和提高国家竞争力都具有十分重要的现实意义。本文在学习和研究国内外学者对于高技术企业成长理论及实证分析研究成果的基础上，抓住高技术企业成长能力这一关键点，阐述了不同国家对高技术企业含义的界定及其产业特点。然后根据国家统计局、国家发展改革委员会及科学技术部
4、联合出版的中国高技术产业统计年鉴数据，从高技术企业规模、研发实力和创新潜力三个方面选取了12个指标来反映高技术企业发展情况。首先运用K-均值聚类分析方法将我国29个省市高技术企业进行分类，分析我国各省市高技术企业的成长情况；然后运用因子分析法得出影响高技术企业成长能力的主因子，并根据因子综合得分排名，进一步分析和评价我国各省市高技术企业的成长情况；之后再选取主营业务收入为因变量，作为衡量高技术企业成长能力的指标，以因子分析所提取的影响高技术企业成长的两个主因子为自变量，运用多元线性回归分析法得出两个主因子对高技术企业成长能力的影响大小；最后根据实证分析结果，提出提高我国高技术企业成长能力的相关
