1、重点是办公区，场区周边以高大乔木为主，办公区以绿色草坪、花坛为主，道路两侧以观赏树木、绿篱、草坪为主，适当结合花坛和垂直绿化，起到环境保护与美观的作用，创造一个“环境优美、统一协调”的建筑空间。（四）辅助工程设计1、投资项目用水由项目建设地给水管网统一供给，规划在场区内建设完善的给水管网，接入场区外部现有给水管网，即可保证项目的正常用水。2、投资项目消防对象主要是厂房、库房、办公场地等；因此，室外消防用水量按25.00L/S，火灾延续时间按2.00小时计，同一时间发生火灾次数按一次考虑；室内消防栓用水量15.00L/S，火灾延续时间按2.00小时计，室内外的消防栓均按规范间距要求布置。3、室外
2、电源采用三相四线制380V/220V，室内采用三相五线制，照明灯具电压为220V；场内动力、照明负荷按“类”用电负荷设计；自10KV电网引一路架空线作为主电源引入场内10KV终端杆，经避雷器保护后，以电缆方式引入场内配电室。供电回路及电压等级确定：配电系统采用TN-C-S制，供电电压为380V/220V，电压波动不超过额定电压的10.00%，电源频率为50.000.50Hz。10KV配电室设有专用防雷柜，低压系统分级配有避雷器，弱电系统配有电涌保护器（SPD）。配电系统采用TN-C-S制，变压器中性点接地，接地电阻R4.00欧姆，高压配电设备采用接地保护，低压用电设备采用接零保护，正常情况下不
3、带电的用电设备金属外壳、构架、穿线钢管均应可靠接零。4、场内运输系统的设计要注意物料支撑状态的选择，尽量做到物料不落地，使之有利于搬运；运输线路的布置，应尽量减少货流与人流相交叉，以保证运输的安全。5、八、选址综合评价该项目拟选址在项目建设地，所选区域土地资源充裕，而且地理位置优越、地形平坦、土地平整、交通运输条件便利、配套设施齐全，符合项目选址要求。第六章 土建方案一、建筑工程设计原则二、项目总平面设计要求应留有发展或改、扩建余地。应有完整的绿化规划。功能分区合理，人流、车流、物流路线清楚，避免或减少交叉。建筑布局紧凑、交通便捷、管理方便。本工程项目位于项目建设地，本次设计通过与建设方的多次
4、沟通、考察、论证，最后达成共识。三、土建工程设计年限及安全等级根据建筑结构可靠度设计统一标准（GB50068）的规定，投资项目中所有建（构）筑物均按永久性建筑要求设计，使用年限为50.00年。根据建筑抗震设计规范（GB50011）的规定，投资项目建筑物结构设计符合根据建筑抗震设计规范（GB50011）的规定，投资项目建筑物结构设计符合度抗震设防的要求，基本地震加速度值为0.20g，设计地震分组为第一组，抗震设防类别为乙类，各建筑物均采取相应抗震构造设计。四、建筑工程设计总体要求项目总体布置要按照使用功能要求，进行功能分区，做到人流、车流路线通畅，空间布置和周围环境协调，同时，应符合相应满足噪音
5、控制、采光、透视、日照、温度、净化等及其他特殊要求；所有建筑物设计应满足防火、防空、防腐、防盗等要求；环境美化、绿化要同周围环境协调并且别致新颖有特色；所有建筑物设计，应尽可能采用布置一体化、尺寸模数化、构件标准化，以便于施工和降低成本。本项目设计必须认真执行国家的技术经济政策及现行的有关规范，根据国民经济发展的需要，按照市规划和环境保护等规划的要求，统筹安排、因地制宜，做到技术先进、经济合理、安全适用、功能齐全、确保建筑工程质量。五、土建工程建设指标本期工程项目预计总建筑面积34930.52平方米，其中：计容建筑面积34930.52平方米，计划建筑工程投资3047.86万元，占项目总投资的3
6、2.72%。第七章 工艺方案说明一、原辅材料采购及管理投资项目原料采购后应按质量（等级）要求贮存在原料仓库内，同时，对辅助材料购置的要求均为事先检验以保证辅助材料的质量和生产需要，不合格原材料不得进入公司仓库，应严把原材料质量关，确保生产质量。所需原料应经济易得，就不同原料的投资、成本、生产效率进行比较，选择最为适合、最经济的原料。二、技术管理特点在项目产品制造过程中，根据客户需要直接或间接将产品的生产、检验要求转化为公司内部质量控制标准，加强过程控制，确保产品制造质量的稳定。项目承办单位“倡导预防、健康安全、遵纪守法、持续和谐”的质量方针，实现持续改进。投资项目原材料采购和使用均由产品数据管
7、理技术（PDM）软件支持，并且完整地与企业资源计划（ERP）软件结合起来，在相关行业实现较高程度的技术信息化管理。三、项目工艺技术设计方案（一）工艺技术方案要求工艺技术先进性与适用性相结合的原则：项目产品生产技术含量较高而产品质量的稳定性、可靠性却取决于其生产技术及采用工艺是否先进；为适应市场竞争要求，根据项目项目产品生产纲领、生产特性并结合项目承办单位的自身条件，本着高起点、高效率的设计原则，采用先进、可靠、适用技术，制订合理、简捷、科学先进的生产工艺，确保产品质量稳定可靠。（二）项目技术优势分析四、设备选型方案以甄选优质供应商为原则；选择设备交货期应满足工程进度的需要，售后服务好、安装调试
8、及时、可靠并能及时提供备品备件的设备生产厂家，力求减少项目投资，最大限度地降低投资风险；投资项目主要工艺设备及仪器基本上采用国产设备，选用生产设备厂家具有国内一流技术装备，企业管理科学达到国际认证标准要求。项目拟选购国内先进的关键工艺设备和国内外先进的检测设备，预计购置安装主要设备共计125台（套），设备购置费2792.29万元。第八章 环境影响分析发展循环经济，是经济发展的必然趋势和提高国家竞争力的必然要求。对处于工业化和城镇化快速发展阶段、人均资源占有率小、环境问题日渐凸显的南京来讲，大力发展循环经济具有重要的意义。加强南京循环经济建设，要按照“减量化、再利用、资源化”的原则，逐步建立政府
