5、o preserve the newest edition.When documents are updated, the site EHS department administrative personnel is responsible to update hard copy of the site EHS department, and is responsible to inform managers of various factories/departments update there own hard copy at the same time.基地EHS部保存的基地内带有签

7、duct essential environmental education and training to the workers, raise staffs environmental protection consciousness, especially raise important environmental factor post working staffs environmental protection consciousness and operation skill, effectively control important environmental factors
8、, guarantee operation of environment management system and achieve policy formulated by the site.为了对从业人员进行必要的环境教育、培训,提高员工的环保意识,特别是提高重要环境因素岗位员工环保意识及操作技能,有效的控制重要环境因素,保证环境管理体系的运行,以达成基地制定的方针,特制定本程序。2.2Scope2.2范围This procedure is applicable to all the staff working for Saint-Gobain PAM China Xuzhou site
9、or working on behalf of Saint-Gobain PAM China Xuzhou site.本程序适用于为圣戈班穆松桥徐州基地或代表圣戈班穆松桥徐州基地工作的所有员工。3 TERMS AND DEFINITIONS3 术语和定义Null无。4 RESPONSBILITIES4 职责4.1 Human resources department are responsible for the medium and senior management level personnels related environmental training management;4.1
10、人力资源部负责中高级管理层人员的有关环境培训管理;4.2 The site EHS department organizes and instructs various factories to conduct related environmental management training;4.2基地EHS部组织、指导各工厂开展有关环境管理的培训;4.3 Various factories/departments EHS director act on behalf of and is responsible for the environmental training managemen
11、t in their own factories.4.3各工厂/部门EHS主管负责本工厂的环境培训管理。5 FLOWCHART5 流程图6.REQUIREMENTS6. 要求6.1 Training demands6.1培训需求6.1.1 Human resources department determines the medium and senior management level personnels training needs according to sites development plan and various factories/departments actual
12、needs.6.1.1人力资源部根据基地的发展规划及各工厂部门的实际需要,确定中高层管理人员的培训需求。6.1.2 Each factory/department EHS functional departments decide the annual environmental training needs according to factorys/departments development needs, annual environmental goal, target, management plan, post responsibility demands and staffs
13、actual situation and fill in Annual Training Needs Table (QR-HR-TR01) (Appendix A) which should be sent to human resources department.6.1.2各工厂/部门EHS职能部门结合工厂/部门的发展需要,年度环境目标、指标、管理方案,岗位职责要求及员工的实际情况,确定年度环境培训需求,填写培训需求调查表(QR-HR-TR01) (附录A)并报送人力资源部。6.1.3 The key environmental aspects position working requi
14、rements: every plant/department EHS should conclude a list of key environmental aspects positions(ERXZ-EHS-0401) (Appendix F) from the list of environmental aspects, and should put the environmental management requirements of key environmental aspects positions into the list.6.1.3重要环境因素岗位任职要求:各工厂/部门
15、EHS应根据环境因素清单得出工厂级重要环境因素岗位清单(ERXZ-EHS-0401) (附录F),并在清单中提出对该重要环境因素岗位环境管理任职方面的要求。6.1.4 Training needs deciding principlesa) Make sure that the staff has realized importance to conforms to environmental policy and procedure and environmental system requests; b) Make sure that the staff has understood im
16、portant environmental factors and actual or potential environment harm in their work, as well as to environmental benefit brought by improvement of individual work;c) Make sure that the staff has understood their function and responsibility in realization of environmental management system requests;
