1、纺织印染废水处理工程设计摘要本工程方案设计依据有关环境保护在污水中的要求,采用水解酸化生物接触氧化工艺处理纺织印染废水,在详细方案比较的基础上,选择了如下处理工艺流程:曝气调节池生物接触氧化池水解酸化池泵房格栅印染废水 重力浓缩池框板压滤机房竖流沉淀池 出水 工艺流程图废水处理厂设计规模5000m3/d,其原水水质根据厂方现今的生产规模与发展要求经与厂方、当地环保部门协商后确定下列设计水质水量:Q=5000M3/d COD=10001500/l BOD5=200400/l SS=300400/l PH=911 水温3040色度300500倍该厂三班连续运转,但废水的排放在时间上仍有一定的冲击性
2、,经处理后,应达到下列出水水质:COD100/l BOD520/l SS20/l 色度50倍 PH=69达污水排放一级标准。经设计可知COD=95%,BOD=92%,SS=85%,色度95%。经技术经济分析,此方案投资总额1045万元,废水处理成本为1.15元/ m3,有着良好的经济效益和社会效益。且节约用地、提高绿化、降低能耗的理念在设计中得到充分的实践,符合新时代环保的要求。关键词: 纺织印染废水 水解酸化 生物接触氧化 Engineering design of wastewater treatment of Nan You spinning limited company in She
